What a s**t day, its me daughters 7th birthday but can,t see her because her mams got plans to say im angry is an understatement.

Not been in the betting shops playing on them fobt for all that time. Really pleased, just about out me overdraft so got money so I can enjoy myself and buy things I need.
Life is so much better without gambling the only thing is the x girlfriend is always wanting money off me now I have a little spare money.

Well im pretty good, I went to hexham races on Tuesday night and had a goodnight got to say I had a couple of £5 bets 1 won which I was pleased about but I did not get any urges to go mad and never went in betting shop. But horses have never been my problem fobt have. Never been in a betting shop for nearly a year which im really pleased about
