New to this site. I have a gambling addiction to the slot machines/ online slots. Today I have closed my accounts and self exclused myself from online sites. This all started when I had ago on the bookie slot machines and then it a regular habbitt. I did speak to family about it and I stopped one point then re started when I got offers through a email. At this point my mum has now took my money and minding it to make sure I'm not gambling it away. I am determined to beat this addition
Hey your not alone!! I've just joined after years of on off gambling I've finally decided to get help... I literally can't help myself it's got to the point where I end up spending 'some' of my rent money then end up spending it all to try win it back! It's a vicious circle! The buzz and that feeling you get when you have a win or get a bonus is addictive. I think my problem is boredom or maybe being a single mum I don't know. Tomorrow is a new day I've said this many off times but I'm determined to beat this. I hope you do too this forum is great as it shows we are not alone
