Happy super soul Sunday gamcare family.

I love oprah and the own network on line it really is feeding my soul as opposed to letting gambling suck all the life out of it, no contest really.

So 2 days to the one year milestone and I am feeling excited and proud.

Lovely day yesterday and some tears shed about my eldest moving out but we have made a pact to see each other at least once a week and I will ring her daily lol... It's an exciting time for her and I hope that I have enabled her to cope with the next phase of her life.

Mum is feeling better a little each day and we have her appointment tomorrow.

Today Ian feeling invigorated and inspired to meet today and what ever it may bring with a smiley outlook.

Happy Sunday., today we have all been given a gift, we woke up.

Thanks for those kind words. I really appreciate all your support you have given me on my journey in abstinence. A lot of my drive is for my father, and to make peace with my mistakes with what I did with my inheritance from him. If it takes me to be sober to regain that peace with myself and my father, then I will surely never gamble again. Much congrats to your outstanding milestone achievement of 1 year of abstinence! You deserve it for all you hard work and support to others. Again, thank-you for those kind words, It means a lot to me.
