And feeling much calmer than the last few days been worried about holidays next week and trying to please everyone so i handed it over to my BF last night and he has booked a week in portmadog in snowdonia right near the marina and little steam train track that goes up the mountain, we have booked kyaking, mountain climing and absailing lol.. God help me... lol.... We go on saturday for a week then we are off to the lake district for a week, so i think i timed giving up smoking quite well, I will hopefully be nearly a week in when i go then 2 weeks off work with lots of fun things to do with the people I love and no thoughts of gambling or smoking :D.

So im excited to share my treat tuesday lol, I think its the best one ive done so far... Sooooooo I absolutly hate hate hate ironing, im rubbish at it, it takes up to much time and im normally really grumpy whilst doing it, so i decided this week that I would call in some help, Monday night the ironing man turned up i handed him a massive big bag of ironing and last night he brought it back ironed on hangers in plastic, I paid him 32 quid took it up stairs and hung it up, Now that to me whilst gambling would of lastet me seconds . So my logic was, If i can justify spending that in seconds on gambling why cant I justify it on something that takes me hours to do and makes me miserable doing it.

It was a no brainer.. Win win, I reckon.

Still winding up this week has turned out to be a bit mental, but i know that friday will soon be hear and 2 weeks off is not that far away.

Just to carry on that thought . About spending money to save time ,.......

This morning I paid £5 to a nice chap in a nail bar , he trimmed my nails (which were quite long except the one I broke this week) he then filed them down and evened them out . It would have taken me an hour and something I hate doing , almost as much as I hate how one broken nail looks .

Maybe that counts as well being Wednesday lol

What a great idea to treat yourself like that. I wonder if this will now become a regular thing? I too hate ironing, but thankfully, only have myself to worry about!

Your holiday plans sound awesome... that is some adventure you are packing in to a week.. and then the Lakes after! Wow... have the Olympics inspired you that much? lol

I will be also BF up in a log cabin in Sept ..having something to look forward to and plan is great isn't it?...this real life stuff aint so bad when its going good....lol

all of us on the right path ... always see it as when we first get on here we are walking and looking down to check we have put one foot in front of the other...now we are still walking onward but looking ahead hence a less posts on here as we can see the bigger picture......

Soon we may even be looking up and blue sky thinking and dreaming but with our feet firmly planted on the ground and with masses of experience turned into wisdom. ....

How's your day going? Hope the non smoking is going well. I am seriously considering trying to quit... but think that other people may end up suffering more than me lol!

I think the trade off with your bf is a great idea.. oh how I would love a holiday in the sun, doing nothing but eating, drinking and laying in the sun. But then again, the adventure that you have got lined up sounds equally appealing!

I think you would make a terrific life coach....and definately one of your many talents...go for it!!

Im sure in the corporate world this will become more sought after and integrated as people will have to look at their working lives just as holistically as people are now looking more at their health.

In my meets 4 people are also in WA (workaholics anonymous) and they are always saying they want to go see a life coach...maybe get a list of potential clients for you.....

so day 115 no gambling and still no f**s wooo hoo to that to.

Just come back from pamper night , hair cut, nails done a bit more respectable and shorter so i can hang on for dear life next week, eyebrows threaded much less painfull than waxing.

Feeling the holiday glow a little now and getting excited about finishing tomorrow I think me and my boss will have one almighty dissagreement tomorrow before i go, but its been coming for a while now.. .

Will i gamble whilst im on holiday... errmmmm you have more chance of growing wings and flying... not a chance, no way hose.... Nope.. not on your nelly.

Me and gambling have come to an agreement, I wont go anywhere near it and it will leave me alone and thats how its gona stay. its only taken me 20 years to get that lesson but better late than never eh.
