Blondie if I was lucky enough to get any last night then I would have been in a coma nine seconds later, like most men. Really, really pleased for you. You sound so positive regarding gambling, it's do nice to turn the tables on gambling and have control over it rather than it have control over you. Why shouldn't this reversal continue? No reason for it not to, you're certainly strong enough and intelligent enough to keep everything in check. As long as you stay positive you can achieve anything and you deserve happiness.
What does amaze me is how well you're doing giving up the cigs too. I've never been addicted to nicotine but I can try and imagine just how difficult it is to give it up. Yet you're trying, you've done so well so far too, if anyone can do it Blondie you can. I hope you're saving the money you'd usually spend on the tabs and treat yourself thoroughly in the near future.

Day 116,
Last day in work and then 2 weeks off... Over the past 116 days i have learnt so much about myself and the person I was the reasons why and the person I am becoming. Im not sure if its an overflow from the olympics but I feel like ive been doing mental weight lifting for the past few months.
I feel really strong, which has allowed me to tackle smoking, 5 days no cigs, Im coming to the point where not only am i thinking that i could do pretty much anything if i really put my mind to it but im actually starting to beleive it. I can do anything for one day, and just for today Im making the right choices for me.
So im off on my holidays tomorrow... so no posts from me for 2 weeks. Enjoy your weekend everyone thanks for all the posts, stay strong, stay positive and stay happy. See you all in 2 weeks.
