First week of my holiday over and what a week went river canoning today which involves climbing, swimming, sliding and jumping down a river canon finished with a 70 foot jump off a cliff, freezing terrifying but totally amazing . Why would I gamble I am to busy living. went up snowdon and went down a mine. Truly amazing. Off to the lake district tomorrow for week 2. . And still no cigs woo hoo Blondie xx

Ahhh memories, the last time I was up snowdon I was Maisie's age. We were on a camping holiday, myself and my dad had a game of football, I tripped him up and he broke his arm in two places, spent the next few nights in Bangor Hospital. As a family we were stranded because he wasn't allowed to drive. Luckily my uncle 'Hippy John' eventually came to the rescue in his VW camper van. Great holiday that, lovely scenery. Spent many a happy time in the lakes painting as well, enjoy this week and a big, big well done on not smoking. Keep going gal.

No idea how many days , I could work it out when I am back, I bet my friend flagg will know. Its gamble free and thats all that counts. Its a wash out in the lake district but having a great time, curled up on the sofa after a nice long walk on the beach and some kite buggying which was great fun. I am With all the people I love most in the world great to see my mum laughing again. Lots to tell and post when I get back , hope all are well and gamble free. Great to see you back cameron will catch up next week with all you lovely people . Blondie xx
