Hello Scotty. 

It is a week now since your fall. I hope you have had no recurrences and are feeling better in yourself.

I cannot imagine the pain and distress you feel during and after epileptic seizures but know it must be very upsetting, frightening and dangerous, particularly if you are alone.

Just read in an article that scientists are constantly trying to develop new cures and therapies and I sincerely hope they soon come up with something to help you.

Hi Stephen I tired  to come in today had tie on and hair wash but no had to sit out side looking in on my friends eat cake and telling jokes but I will be back on Friday very wet here today dogs were not happy with their walk today take care

Hi Stephen hope you are well and not to wet the weather is very angry today we had a nice walk with dogs and had a nice breakfast I think England are heading for a lock down I wish this Covid would do one now wife is very worried about going back to school next week  your friend scotty ??

Hello Scotty. Hope you are having a good weekend and are fully recovered from your fall.

Up until an hour ago it was raining and windy in Hull but now the sun has come out so I will shortly be heading off for a stroll.

Always remember dear friend that we are gamcare warriors who together with gamcare warrioresses have experienced great trauma in our lives which has made us stronger, more resilient and determined. We will live life to the full until our adventure here in earth comes to an end.

Hello  diary could not sleep tonight 3.45  I am now sat watching US election  god knows why oh I know remote is in kitchen and I got a little Scotty lead on my lap thinking she in heaven had a good day on Tuesday only 3  Seizures all day  got a big water leak  on water meter outside so report it meter is spinning so fast it looks like a helicopter hope we don’t get charged Thursday is my birthday and will be first year that one of my daughters can spend the day or see me on my birthday as Wales is still in lock down the last lockdown saved me this one is harder in house on my own most of day as wife is working at school little Scotty has got off so going to try to ge t a few more hours sleep  gamcare friends take care and hope you have a gamble free day  1 day becomes 2 days we can do this thank you for being here

Hoped to congratulate you in the chatroom but where was you! I had put up balloons with streamers and made a buffet with cakes and drinks ???.

Seriously though I hope you had a lovely day and your leaking water connection was fixed.

Lovely weather so hope you get the chance to go walking with your wife and Scotty dogs. The world seems so much better when out and about enjoying a walk.
