Day 47. Not good last night was watching slots and poker via you tube and saw one of my exclusion had expired on fav sight. blocked myself but was tempted playing with fire. need more GA and total exclusion from all sites and that includes you tube.

Much better tonight although i had planned to go to another GA meeting. On my own (partner seeing a friend) that was always a trigger.

Well thats been hell. I start again as thats all I can do and I've just been told I am having my works contract terminated early , Merry Christmas. Now to watch the video 'I cant stand it no more', for the 100th time.
