Well done on avoiding the tip that your friend sent you, sometimes it is those things that show you have the strength to beat this.

It's mad how when we are not doing nothing we go or start to think about G##bling.

Today is my 25 th day of my new life (GF life).

Yesterday took the partner out for valentines day which was nice had a good time.

Got paid on Thursday normally I would be sitting here broke but IM NOT! 🙂 I even stuck £600 in my savings account yesterday. If I do that for another 4 months I will have my deposit for a mortgage so that what I'm working towards.

Still keeping myself busy ie going gym, taking dog out on long walks and doing the housework.

Glad I realised I had a problem before i lost everything

Not the money but my partner, home and most of all myself!!!

Evening diary

Today is 28 days now

So happy as I thought I wouldn't make it this far but I DID!!!!

The urge to G##BLING is still present but I will not fail unless I give in.

Hopefully it will ease as the days goes by. I think me staying busy is a help as I always something on my mind.

I ain't had a feel low day for a while so that's a good thing.

Gonna go to gym now so goodbye

Morning diary

33 DAYS GF 🙂 🙂

This is the longest I've gone without G##BING.

The money I saved is unreal but the best thing so far is the way I'm feeling ie feel human,more happy and proud.

It starting to get that little bit easier but I will always have my guard up!!

Yesterday I walked past my bookmakers that I used to GIVE my money to, and one of the staff was outside having a f*g she called me over to ask why I ain't been in. I told her I'm a CF and I ain't doing it no more and her reply was ( see you later) and just walked back in!!

Always thought they were nice people but obviously they are ( only when I'm giving the shop my money) .

Had a very busy few days so never had time to post.

But just wanted to say I'm still going GF.
