Thanks for the support, feeling a bit better now. Going to pick up some overtime as a punishment. Yeah I actually have excluded myself but must have been different staff that didn't recognise me so was able to play. Going to pass my finances over to my brother for a few weeks to help.

Update...
Been away for a while. I finally realise this is not a life I want to have anymore. Last bet was 2/4/17 currently 31 days gamble free and all is well. The reason I am feeling so positive and confident that I will beat this is that I finally came clean and spoke to my Gf and parents. This is always something I was terrified to do but it had to be done. There was lots of emotions but I was surprised how supportive they all have been. Currently attending GA and have no access to my finances and feel like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Life is on the up and hopefully this can be turning point in my life.
