Day 1
Excellent day I did not gamble. Out on lunch at an ATM i was going to withdraw money to gamble but changed my mind.
I realise a major mistake in that I had access to funds. I can't let that happen again. Barriers need up.
Also I am going to start collecting spare change in a tin for the end of this year.
