(1st day)
After a very up and down weekend where I gambled, won, lost, won, lost ,lost , with the remaining winnings I had left I decided to buy some new shoes, top up my phone, retrieve something very preascious to me from the pawn brokers which had been in there nearly been in there for 6 months, and i still had £100 over , which I am using for food etc untill payday. So overall even after loosing half what i had one back, the other half I used correctly and for good, which I have never been able to do before, as i would always gamble it back.
Also now my self-exclussion from the betting shops has expired so I will get that done again as it helped before.
Fell okay today, no urge to gamble , and feel actually quite content have food in my cupboard , really large jar of coffee, and my items from the pawnbrokers back.

Hey rob! well done on not losing it all. this is kinda the stage i'm at now. i put one bet on every few days and if i win i still feel horrible for gambling but I take my winnings out straight away and buy myself food and something else i've been longing for. You should defo get your self exclusion and blocks back in place as soon as you can just incase you slip up - we've all been there!
