Hello & welcome

Start is the hardest bit to overcome but we do need to start somewhere. Do not stress about money, reality is what it is.
Just look for a way out for survival. Gambling won't get you far so shall we scrap it? ☺
There are a lot of help around. Food banks! Please try those & even if it feels so shocking on your account, you need to survive!
There is a way out. Please never give up on yourself. Put blocks in place, self exclusions and reach out for peer support. This site is amazing, so is free counselling sessions GC offers. GA meetins are dotted all over the country, step on your pride some more, accept you need help & help you will get!
Nothing is lost & money is just money. More important things are on the cards...your wellbeing, peace, honesty & sanity. Claim them back as you're very capable of doing so!

Stay close by, come back to this site and read...also post..You're not alone i can assure you.

Welcome to recovery. You can feel free to mk your first step (which in my eyes you already done) " you're powerless over addiction & admitted it", the rest will follow just keep the faith ☺

One day at a time

Sandra

Hi Cat,

We are all in the same place as u. I get paid on Tuesday and all of it is going to have to pay off the payday lenders so will have to borrow to get to next month. It's sick, we are sick, so need to stick by each other to get through this!

Good luck in your recovery!
