I have lied constantly to those who are dearest to me, for four years I have lived for the next bet and spent thousands. Last year I managed a 100 days without a bet, I cannot imagine a day without one now. I have turned into someone I do not recognise and am living a double life, spending hours on the internet only to lose what I wager.
Today I have done it again, spent all my money and couldn't stop when I was winning so now I have nothing.
I am in a lot of money trouble which I cannot burden you with, and feel like my secret world will come tumbling down at any moment. I am at rock bottom. I want to free of this addiction.
I have moved house recently with my lovely family and I have started a new job. I thought it would be a new start but the same old patterns have continued.
I don't know what to do. I don't know what the next few days and weeks will hold. But I know I must stop, for my health and for my wonderful family.
I cannot think of anything else about when I am going to have another bet. I have put the blocks on my computer but there are so many other devices in the house that I could use. But I have to stop.
I have been here so many times before but I just hope I this time its for good.

Never stop trying and never ever give up giving up. There is never too late to start making things right, for getting those human feelings we all have. To have peace of mind and harmony in life. You can do it, your family needs you there with them ..not only in body but in soul too.
Just make it happen...keep winning the fight 🙂

Was only thinking about you today, then saw your recent post.
This might sound a bit strange but usually, it will take for us to get to rock bottom until we do something about it - we never usually have much choice by then!
Please see this as a positive in that, it can only get better from here on in.
