so I've got 16 days to go until payday and I have absolutely no money. I am in an unauthorised overdraft and still have bills to pay. What a mess. I don't know what to do- feel so desperate. At least I can't gamble today so that's day 1 sorted!!

I had the money to pay back a loan and now it is gone, gambled away. I feel so ashamed.

I've excluded from the websites so I suppose that's a start.

Thanks for your invitation to join you on the bright side of the road Feb, I want to be there, but feeling sorry for myself today!

Stu,

Really sorry to hear you are not in the best place at the moment. My friend, stay strong, keep belief going, you are worth so many good things in your life. You fell, you stand up, dust yourself down and keep fighting. I know you can, you need to believe in yourself.

Stay close by, keep posting, you did ever so well before, it is never too late to make things work again. You are stronger than before.

Look after urself and stay strong.

Take care

Hey Stu

Come and join me any time! I'm sure once you get this month out of the way and your next pay day, things will start to feel better for you. You know just how miserable gambling makes you - we all do. One good thing I have learnt since quitting, is the art of patience. We do have to learn to be patient in order that we dont act in a haste.

Look after yourself Stu. Keep your chin up and distract yourself with your lovely children and wife. You can do this Stu. I kbow you can.

Feb.x

Hi Stu

Sorry to hear things have been difficult recently. The main thing is that you are back on here trying to sort this out.

It is going to be a slow and patient journey to recover your losses but if it was a quick fix I guess we wouldn't learn our lesson.

Keep posting on here as much as you can and look forward to a great life without gambling. Life is what you make it bud.

Take care

Jimbo
