This is my second attempt at a diary and this time I am determined. I am not going to rabbit on about how I cant control my gambling. I am just going to stop!
Day 1 - 27/1/14
I have quit smoking in the past so why cant I stop gambling. I am sick to death of losing money! I am not a good gambler! I do not know what I am doing! Who am I trying to kid? Gamblers do not make money!

Whatever you do, do not give up on giving up. It gets easier the longer you are away. Try and take it easy in the day. Today is the only day that matters so focus on today. Tomorrow looks after itself. It is a struggle sometimes but every time we get over the urge we get stronger and feel we can beat anything. Hang in there and keep posting and reading. Keep Netline number close to hand and get excluded from your gambling haunts.
