i am pleased to have made it this far.
i havnt gambled today, usually i try and reply to several others posts with positivity but I'm really sorry today I'm in a kinda slump, maybe I'm just tired, I'm currently averaging 3 hours a night sleep and working overtime so maybe that's why, i don't know.
i just wanted to say today i am still free.
hopefully i will be back tomorrow with lots of positive thought's and will be more supportive to others x

well have chalked up another day! Have had a lovely evening out with my daughter to celebrate her mock results. Was actually able to treat her to shopping, dinner & cinema, usually by this time in the month i have blown all my wages and am struggling but it felt
good to go out on impulse and afford it.
the fight continues though, here is to another day gamble free!

have had a busy day and remained gamble free, on my way to 2 weeks free!
am going away for a few days next week. as i have always gambled online i decided to have a money tin at home that i have put change in luckily i never broke in to it before! have just opened it and have money to spoil myself next week, cant wait, am looking forward to buying new boots lol.
i know i have a long journey ahead of me but am taking it a step at a time.

well I have managed to abstain, i have not gambled!
i have been super busy getting ready to go away, i have cleaned, tidied and packed and have actually enjoyed not having the stress that comes from gambling.
tomorrow i am away for the week minus wi-fi and laptop so its looking good lol.
really hope everyone has a positive few days and remains gamble free x
