Little steps aron..I found if you set yourself smaller targets..maybe every ten days..or less. .it feels like your getting somewhere quicker...if that makes sense lol..
Payday ! Make sure your safe on that day...keep busy...keep fighting love...it's worth it x

Hi Aron.

Pay day was my one big trigger. The thing that I found worked best for me was blocks on my devices initially. I do not have blocks anymore on them, however, I have self excluded from all online betting/casino sites.

Also, back in the early days, I set all my direct debit bills to the same day as pay day. That way, I knew that everything would at least be paid if I had any urges/temptation.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.

Our Lady

Doing well aron...different people will say different things about lotto etc...
For me ..online slots was my problem...I've done the poscode lottery since it started. ..it's on a dd. ...so I never actually think about it....we are all different love...do what's right for you...
Just make a plan to protect your wages on payday....good luck x
