Hi aron.

Good to see you clocking up your g.f days. Pay day was my biggest downfall! However, it is also so lovely when we decide not to spend a single penny of it on gambling anymore. You will quickly feel the benefits of this, even if at first, it is not financially. Our own mental states are so important and compulsive gambling can almost destroy this, if not make it very unpleasant.

Take care and make payday a good day for you, not one that you will regret.

Day 22 starting to prepare myself now for payday ive closed down all gaming accounts and kept my lotto account with a strict limit and im locked out of any other type of gaming on it ive had a good few weeks to prepare myself so this will be a hard test determined to win

Day 26 I'm ready for tomorrow and I'm gon nip it in early and then I simply wouldn't spend my bill money on gaming ever just don't want to head down that road

Well I did it spent all morning sorting my finances out and put my lotto bets on as I've mentioned which are manageable ive treated my self and booked my holiday to Iceland for next year absolutely feel elated that I've broke this cycle of payday betting moving forwards now to day 50 whoop whoop

Just keep taking it a day at a time aron. ...or a couple at a time...puts you under less pressure I think...your doing great so no need to run the race...just plod on...like the tortoise and hare story lol..

Day 29 this is a massive thing for me now 2days after payday and not gone daft ive even locked my lotto account until next payday so I don't get tempted inbetween feeling great
