okay first of all fotb are my addiction, mistake of my life was putting £1 in the machine, 3 days havent gambled today had a interview in the city center as you know there tons of bookies flooded around everywhere, finished interview etc went back in the main center and instantly went in to B*****d bookie, i had no money on me but i did havr £100 emergency money left in my direct debit card, (yes i know should of not carried my cards with me) spoke to a fellow horse racing punter i know, start to discuss with him my problems and im trying to stop he was very understanding saying those machines are poisionous etc, when i entered the bookies i had no intention to go on the fotb it was just there feel the bookies if you know what i mean, i mean ive lost thousands in the last 2 months at my two local bookies where i have self exclude myself few days back. i walked out after seeing this romanian old dude put about £600 in front of me in the machine, i can see the zone he was in and it was that chasing the loses zone, i walked out , catch the bus home, eat some food and typing this , trying to resit gambling online roulette or even going back to bookies
