Here's the link to SE. I'll be honest I just can't see a reason not to do it. It's not the complete solution but it's a tool in the tool kit that should be used.

Report back when you have done it trust me when I say you feel on a bit of a high once you have done it.

Why not self exclude if your serious John. ..you won't win...you won't get back what you've lost. ..you will only loose more....let it all go...start living again...nothing will change...untill you change ....good luck with your decision....hope you make the right one for you : )

Self exclusion cost you nothing except a bit of your time , as your willpower alone doesn't seem to be cutting it , that bit of time may save you a whole lot of heartache !

No reason not to , just excuses ?
