I am serious and I intend to change. I do appreciate the advice, don't get me wrong, but I need to do it my way. If it does not work will go to GA

John, there's a difference between doing it your way, which sounds fair enough, and refusing to follow the standard advice about putting space between you and the next bet.

Wish you well,

Just to add , I'm sure GA would advise you to do the same but as you said its your recovery and your way .

Best wishes for whatever you decide ..........................Alan
