DAY 15

Gym today, feels good to sweat and run. No thoughts today - funny - but need to be wary.

DAY 16

Gym and then a subway. Had a slight twinge when passed a 'that which shall not be named' but walked on by. A good day, now taking my daughter swimming snd dinner. I like a quiet life. This diary may be boring, but that is the way I like it at the moment. No rollercoasters, boring is good.

DAY 17

Evening. The ritual of kerping a diary keeps me sane, away from the madness.

Hi john,

I know from previous experiences that payday is an extremely tough time to get through, I was paid yesterday so am in the same boat. I hope you can beat the urges, and remember that you've got the full support of this forum.

Best of luck my friend!

Hi John dont let the thought of any monies in the bank turn your head. feel resentful towards gambling when those payday loans etc are taken out and remind yourself of how low you felt when you first posted and yet how positive you are now. You have inner strength so keep on using that. Enjoy the sunshine and get out and about with friends an family or down the gym. take care Mary
