Hi Our Lady,

Thankyou so much for your kind comments!! Really appreciate it. I will definitely be rewarding myself as even though it's only a small milestone I feel it's been a great achievement for me personally.

Hope your doing well also?

Paul 🙂

Thanks Pwm101!! All about these small targets & mini milestones and before you know it you've achieved a long period of time!

For everyone starting on their journey to be GF I have to say with the right help (for me it was 1-1 counciling) & safeguards in place (for me online blocking software) a lot of willpower the days and weeks go by so quick, it really does become easier! But the first 30 days I personally found the toughest but once you find new hobbies/interests for me it was going to the gym more, was busy at work also socialising more the urges & thoughts become less also 1-1 counciling really helps put things into perspective.

The thing I would advise from day 1 if like me your problem is online gambling is getting blocking software as the first month the temptations are there but this completely stops your ability to act on them.

Hope everyone else is doing good!!! 56 days GF now 🙂

Paul 🙂

Hi want to stop.

Just wanted to say well done and remaining g.f. It really is a great feeling when "normality" resumes once more isn't it? To know we have money in our bank accounts again is great too!

Best of luck and stay strong and focussed on your goals.
