75 days GF!! Really feel that the addiction part is over as have no urges to gamble at all now and from now on it's down to me to never go back! Having all the online blocks in place & backing that up with 1-1 counciling plus determination & willpower have helped me go from a cycle I never thought I could break to being completely GF!
Only 25 days off another milestone 100 days GF!
I hope everyone else is doing well particularly as it is the Derby/Oaks weekend and it can be hard for some to avoid all the coverage!

Amazing, positive post and congrats on 75 days. In the grand scheme of things this is a shirt amount if time but I'm at a similar stage and in the early days days seemed to be endless. Here's to 100 days 🙂

80 days GF today!! It feels much longer than 80 days and I have to say I never think about gambling anymore in my everyday life. Next step 100 days!!
