I've been in recovery for seven years now and have gambled in that time which I am not proud of.

I hate gambling with a passion and wish it didn't exist but unfortunately it does...

I've stopped with the help of others and always try to give the best advice I can to anyone who wishes to stop ( If only I followed my own advice.

I've set up a Youtube channel which will have videos on self help as well as my own experiences with gambling and what I can do to try and not gamble myself.
