So much to say!!! So I've had a gambling problem for a few years now, today is the day I've finally decided to get help realising I can't do this on my own! As soon as I have some money in the bank that's it I need to spend it on the slots. I tell myself I'll only do £20 and set my self a limit then when that £20 is gone I think ok just anoughther £20 then before I know it I've lost all my money! I've had a few good wins before but I've by far out it all back in. That feeling you get when you have a win or a bonus pops up its addictive! It's nice to know that I'm not alone and there is light at the end of the tunnel. I hope!

This is the complete same as what I was doing. Waiting for money to go into my account then going on the slots getting emails from online slots. Today I spent £20 pound what was left in my account. It's so hard I've self excluded myself from loads of sites so I cannot re open them.
