Day 41...wow never been GF this long....still got money left too .

Day 43.....what a beautiful sunny day, joined a slimming group ,losing weight and not gambling, one day at a time .

Day 46 O.M.G. I only have a cpl of days to payday and I haven't gambled at all,happy days. I've even got some money left too....so happy.

It just proves if I can do it...ANYONE can do it,good luck to everyone out there and we will beat this demon.

Day 41 Not doing so well tonight, got work tomorrow at a job I hate,fiancГ©e and I have had tiff and just feel a bit down..These are the times when I want to gamble most,gosh this is hard.

Day 48 I mean

Stay strong liggy....things will only feel 100 times worse if you gamble. 48 days is something you should be very proud of so don't be restarting that timer.

Thanks. .just having a bad night, usually it doesn't bother me, but tonight it just is.

Wiped the cobwebs away from last night,feel a lot better now. It's times like that when I'm most vulnerable, didn't gamble tho,so happy days.

When your down or at a moment of weakness..thats when the wee gambling devil is waiting to pounce!! And it'll make u feel even lower!!

Wow got from one payday to another payday without gambling, trust me this is a really big deal to me. Never ever thought I would managed this long ,thought about it, imagined it but do it!

Oh god someone help me,my other half is P****d out of his head, if I hadn't got him to the toilet he would have peed on the TV and now I'm sat here wanting to gamble. ....Help. .
