Here we go!
I'm 35 and started gambling online about 7-8 years ago. Just small deposits on the slots like 10-20 pounds at a time then went on to 100s then 1000s!!! I won 17k and said that's it never again but like a fool I gambled it all away and then another 20k... I earn really good money with my job but spend near enough every penny on the slots. I'm in about 60k debt and that's not including my mortgage! I stopped last year in August and didn't gamble a penny then on Monday I set up an account and lost 10k, spinning 125 pound spins trying to get that big win... I'm so annoyed with myself and just don't know what to do! I keep thinking about the same slot game and trying so hard to not go back to it but I kinda know I will at some point. I'm in such a bad place at the minute!
Russ im so sorry to hear your story but we have all been there and there is a way out.

Hi. I lost over 50k in the last year. And the only thing to stop the online gambling was get rid of the internet. I haven't bet online for over 5 months. It was the only way I could stop. If you can do without the internet at home do it. I can still use my phone for internet but it has low data so I cant gamble on it.
