183 Days (6 months), 250 Days, 365 Days (1 year), 500 Days, 548 Days (18 months), 730 Days (2 Years),
750 days, 913 Days (2 1/2 Years), 1000 Days.
In the road to 2000 I'll complete record the same milestones again: I'm targeting 10,000 days and beyond.

Thanks SJ Anon. I actually logged on 3 days after so was a few days out from you but that's great to hear you're doing so well. I've gone 8 years once before so no room for complacency. The main change I've made is checking in on here regularly, even if just to read some posts or give a few replies with encouragement or advice 🙂 must be done, ta

That's not good, hope you're ok and have the head clear. I know most recently I said I'd stopped and then kept trying to get some back. What's your longest period without gambling do you know?
