thanks for the support guys. . It means so much. . Day 56 today (8 weeks). . My thoughts today turned to the colchester southend match. . Strange really because in the past i would be tense even watchin it as i would want x amount of corners or a goal scored within a certain time scale. Although am on late turns this week even if i could ve saw match i certainly would nae have got myself stressed enough to bet on it. . No disrespect to either team but i prob would nt even watched it if you know what i mean. . I guess thats real progress folks. . Keep up the good work we can do this. We all can. .

8 weeks is excellent wp. "Real Progress" isnt that something in this battle. So glad you are seeing changes in yourself - things will still get even better Im sure.

Cheers for the replies on my diary wp, wasn't sure about posting on others diaries as I thought my advice would be useless (its never worked for me!) but after reading the whole of your diary I can see that the support you have shown other people has been fantastic and well received it says alot about you as a person. Just wanted to congratulate you on been gamble free, your strength has given me hope that it can be achieved (also don't think ive got it in me to let down more people!!). WE CAN DO THIS.

U sound v similair to me reading through your diary. I would be on anything except I didnt bet much on football which I have vast knowledge about. Strange really but I guess in losing in a bookies there is no logic. Any congratulations on 8 weeks. I am getting so close to a year and the improvement it has made in my personal life as well as financial is beyond belief. I hope u keep it up. I am confident you will. Stay strong keep ur barriers up and take it One Day At A Time. ODAAT. Keep smiling 🙂

Hi Winning Post, Thanks for ur post in my diary. just read through most of your diary. Hats off to you. Your doing brilliant. I've noticed that in your posts in other peoples diaries you don't suger coat it at all. You say it like it is and I have great respect for that. I thought by keeping a diary of my bets it would help me to control it. Its actually made me see clearly I can't control it! I think subconsciously that could be what I was really trying to do. If all that information was in my head i could have distorted it and made myself believe i was keeping to the plan. It is clear as day now that I didn't. Congrats again on your success. You are doing fantastic!
