alrite mate, just checking in on you .. haent been around for a while but still going strong. Had no doubts you would still be firmly on the path to recovery. My finances are also starting to look up now, actually have money in the bank and not worrying about who it will be eaier to lie to as i have none.

Pretty soon we will both be celabrating day 100, may *** open a small celabratory bottle haha !!

think its important we reward ourselves for our progress.

Ryan.

Hi wp haven't chatted for a while and i read my diary over today. I had my second last chat session last night and it was really good. It made me see how far i had come . It is good to see a fellow recoverer acheiving good results. Would be nice to catch up in chat soon. Well done on your road to recovery.

Good to see you still going strong wp. Enjoy your well deserved week off. I'd give anything for a week off at the moment. Still i've got Scotland on the horizon at the end of the month so i will wait for that.

Keep up the good work, you are doing just great.

Hi wp,

Sounds like you're doing well. Stories such as yours are such a help for me in my battle, so I really appreciate knowing how you're getting on. Positivity and strength is contagious. Seems strange, but as I say, it helps so much.

Where are you getting counselling? Is it gambling specific or general? I'm interested to know as that is the next step for me.

Enjoy your week off. I'm jealous!

Post--thought of you today as a mate who I took to the airport asked me about the cartoon racing---I could not honestly remember the names of the 'tracks'--brilliant.

Hey my pal

Glad counselling went well for you and that you are still feeling strong. I feel the old 'C' vibe building up day by day but Im standing strong and gathering my defences.

Well the weekend is nearly upon us - do you have any nice plans involving puppets or animated characters this time around?

Hopefully some family time and some wp time too will be a good balance.

Eyes X

thanks for the posts guys. . It really is heart warming and a confidence builder to see so many of you helping me. . As the saying/song goes around the world in 80 days. . Yes folks day 80 today i can tell you i feel like ave been round the world at least 10 times in those 80 days. It has been very draining but i know the longer i go the better it should get. . Great day today. . Ex let me take my 2 year old out to swing park on my own. . This is the 1st time ever as she has nt really trusted me as we had one big argument not long after she was born and i said things i should nt have.mind you so did she. . . Anyways just starting to wonder if this is connected to me non gambling these days as she pleaded with me on many occasions to stop . . It has to be so i am very pleased in that itself. .keep up the fight my friends today i did not bet tomorrow i wont bet. We can do this folks. P s finding it very difficult tonight to post as stupid phone playing up again. . Apologies to all but normal service shall resume asap. Must make laptop priority as this post has taken me over an hour and my patience is wearing oot (lol)
