Day 25, 26, 27 & 28: 4 weeks gamble free! Got paid yesterday so will have to make sure no temptation is there. At the minute I feel absolutely no temptation to gamble my hard earned money and still have a very positive mindset. 🙂
Day 29 - 35: Been busy so not had time to update on here but thankfully it's good news. Even though I got paid over a week ago I've had no urges to gamble and I am now 5 weeks through! Feel so much better than I did this time 5 weeks ago!
Day 36 & 37: been working a lot so no time to think about anything else. Pushing towards 50 days..
Day 38-48: Not had time to post recently but no bad news to report. Closing in on half a century of days and my mind feels at ease!
Hope your still doing well. Having read through your diary! I know as living with someone who gambles how hard each and every one of those days must of been.
Now 56 days. Been really busy as I've been on holiday for a week. Was nice to take my mind off things.
