18 days gambling free.

It feels like a lot longer than nearly twenty days. It is payday soon and the money I will be paid will be spent on bills.

Feel strange not having to find £50 from somewhere because I've already spent it.

Would almost say I spent so much time and money on gambling it seems like there is something missing from my life now that I have stopped!

Well done on 18 days GFthe days are stacking up.

You keep telling that yapping voice to shut up, gambling knows you are beating it so is desperate to try and convince you to come back to it.

Maybe look for something positive to fill that potential hole in your life that gambling has left? See it as an opportunity now you will have additional time and money to do something else.

Keep it up.

Had a blip today. Gambled on scratch cards. Lost £40. Uh oh. 🙁

Cannot get sucked back into gambling again!

So its back to day 1 again tomorrow.

Hello all!

I've been missing in action lately due to work and illness but I do hope you have all been well.

While unwell and fed up I relapsed and gambled. Being away from these forum didn't help though.

Back to day 1. Never going t quit trying to quit! Update tomorrow x
