Ive missed you and yeah ya know what it is a s**t awfull addiction but you dont have to do it on your own, there is no shame in getting it a bit wrong but remember this each time you do go of course slightly you learn something new about this s**t awful addiction which gives you an advantage to fight it.
You might feel weak at the moment , but little by little and day by day you will get there because my friend you are stronger than you think.

This is a bit of a waffle post...so much to say...not sure quite how to go about it!
Have not read or touched my diary till yesterday.......I dont know why but for some reason I decided to check out my friends and found Flaggs thread.....Nothing in the world could stop me from replying about meeting up with everyone....Bring it on!!!!
Am off tomorrow so am gonna spend time catching up with everyones life.......And getting to know the newbies.
