Hi, just read your post on the 2017 challenge diary.
Really sorry to read about your blip.
Brilliant that you've come back.
There's very few on here who can say they've not slipped at one time or other.
All you can do is get those blocks put back on, dust yourself down and start believing in yourself again. You can do this!!!! Take care x

Sorry to see you had a relapse. Don't let one blip set you back. Find the back door and slam it shut. Well done for going again

Keep fighting

Sorry to here of your blip Herford, you were only 1 day behind me as we joined up at similar time and always looked out for your updates. You have already done well but the hard work starts again now and you know you can do it and just take it one day at a time !!

All the Best

Darren

Hi Reece,

It was lovely to see you in chat tonight. We all had to start somewhere, and I used to steer well clear of the FOBT's until I seen people drawing serious money off them. the first day I tried them, just a quid, I won £36 for one spin. Hooked...Slowly, very slowly, but it caught right up with me until 16 days ago. You sound like such a caring and lovely bloke, that has just got caught up in the gambling mess. Well done on getting as far as you have in your journey, and many more day like that to come.

Have a great week.

Julie x
