Day 43 completed and I even turned down a £1 opportunity to be part of the works GN sweepstake, I was accused of being tight, then told a few people and they apologised and respected my stance. Feel very proud of myself.

Watching Palace v Barnsley tomorrow so won't be watching the race, like it that way.

Tonight I am going to blitz my way through the rest of breaking bad season 1 - Love it!

DAY 44

Thanks Shiny for your support, I watched all of the breaking bad series last night, stayed up to 2.15am, over 5 hours solid viewing, I must now buy series 2 fast.

The football was a 0-0 today but didn't lose ground to any of the teams directly around us but 2nd place seems to have gone. Just hope we can get in the play-offs.

Wasn't slightly interested in the GN today but saw the result and wasn't surprised a 66-1 shot won, so I would have lost my money if I had played. Another day gamble free and I win today!

Very, very happy at the moment, now for a relaxing night in watching 'Boardwalk Empires' 🙂

I agree I had no interest whatsoever in the G.N. but I never did really. Doesn't it make you laugh when you think of all the so called experts and their predictions only for an unknown long shot to win by a huge distance. I was never into betting on animals. I don't get it to be honest.

Anyway, time for serious chat. The Wire is the only box set you should be purchasing. The Wire is totally brilliant. We recently finished watching it and I am totally gutted. Nothing else come close. I started watching B.E. back at the beginning but fell away. We've got loads of them Sky plussed but I can't be bothered going back to it. My Sky plus is wild I think we are down to 4% available. The missus and I argue about what should be deleted. She has kept her best episodes of Brothers and Sisters whereas I have kept three trully magnificent victories for my team, which were all captured on Sky. No way are they ever getting deleted.

The days sure are starting to add up for us, which is great.

Tomso, my parents watched the 'Wire' they said it was brilliant. I will buy it but will probably buy the whole box set, the price has got to come down a little. I must confess I can't stop buying DVDS at the moment and can't really afford them. Since my parents left for Easter, I have purchased Breaking Bad series 1 and series 2 today, Boardwalk Empires series 1 and today 'The Hobbit'. I keep telling myself what I am doing is healthy and I can always sell them on ******* if I run out of money.

Apart from being obsessed with television series' I am doing well. Feeling very focused, safe and determined. Although work has dragged today because of a migraine. 🙁

DAY 47

After a good nights sleep, had a decent day at work. Just cooking my late dinner now after watching taken 2. Keeping myself busy with films and things to watch, to keep my mind occupied. Still feeling strong.

DAY 48 Gamble free

Had a boring day at work today and feel shattered. Looking forward to an early night and here's hoping tomorrow is better.

On the gambling front there are no thoughts and so far I am doing my parents proud by remaining gamble free whilst they are away.

Money is running out but they've already said they would help me towards the end of the month.

DAY 50 (It's the Bully!!)

Well I've made it and It hasn't been too difficult. Pleased it is Friday, money running out fast so won't celebrate but looking forward to a nice lazy weekend and Yes Tomso I will watch the golf but only on the last day when it gets exciting.

DAY 51

Been out, had hair cut, been to brothers for lunch to give him his Birthday card and money. Now back and staying in listening to the football, it's P****** down as per normal, so have no plans to do much. Now for me time, zzzzzzzzzz 🙂
