This is the first day of the rest of my life , this is the day I share with people I have a problem, in fact a big problem, this is the day I STOP gambling, It has been 18 months since I got a email saying join now deposit £10 get £30 free, I won £900 with that £10 I was then hooked, it has got that bad I am behind with bills, I cannot sleep for thinking about chasing the loses and even when I am ahead I want more, I spend 100,s every month. well no more I have excluded from sites as from 8am this morning and this it going to be hard but I need to think about what I could buy for my kids if I wasn't giving my cash to these slots, I would say I could afford a dream holiday by this time next year but first I need to pay my debt off and get control of my life, this addiction is never going to leave me but I can beat it I know I can and I will , today the lies stop ........day one feeling sick to my stomach, feel anxious, wondering how I will get the cash together to pay my mortgage that I have spent on slots, but I know I can't win otherwise I would have already, the big win I have been trying to get for the past 18 months is already here I am stopping while I still have my family and my home that is the biggest win of all .
