Hi all I'm nearly a week free,feeling  much better,trying  not to panic about  loans or trying to rush to pay things back.my outlook is if I want to pay things of just don't gamble.all I lost I will get back and more by staying  free. My peace of mind is starting  to come back.have agood gambling  free day everyone

Hi Conor,

Ahhh that’s amazing, well done for almost a week gamble free! 
Try not to worry too much about the loans, you can pay them off eventually. It’s done now so just have to accept it. 
im glad your feeling more at peace with yourself.
