And writing a diary is really helpful. Had some money and this strong urge to gamble yesterday. But rushed here. Sawa my gamble free days and said, No. I don't want to lose all that. I will continue staying gamble free

I nolonger even think about gambling but I need to keep reminding myself of the monster which nearly sank me

My wife walked out on me on a not gambling related issue. I feel down but I am not gambling today. That life is past me now. I am moving on
