Been super busy at work so haven't posted much or checked in over the last few days. To be honest I don't think about gambling much, if at all which is good but don't want to be complacent. Lovely to see my fellow warriors racking up the days but also sad to read of others relapsing and struggling. When I gambled I don't thus I realised how it takes over your every waking hour and sucks you dry of everything. Not meaning to sound religious it is like a rebirth when you stop and it clicks that life is so much better GF, it'S the only way. So here's to everyone who's on 1 day, 59 days or however many days we can do this! S:)

Morning Sharon . Wise words for sure . Gambling addiction just takes everything away .

Thankyou so much for reminding me of some great musical legends , just been listening to their songs on youtube , absolutely brilliant .

Hall and Oates singing ' Do what you want , be what you are ' , great message for us all .

Harry Belafonte singing ' Cocoanut woman ' real catchy and fun song which has brightened up my day already ...stephen

Hi Sharon,

Pleased to read you are still going strong and gambling thoughts are now outweighed by all the other positive ones.

Enjoy the weekend and enjoy every single gamble free hour on offer 🙂

Matt
