Life with no gambling seems a long road. I have been gambling for 10 years and now have done 4 days without a spin.
First time I have tyred to stop properly and all self exclusions are in place..
The thought of losing another penny makes me strong not to give in. The fact is gambling will win if I play I will win if I don't play.
My mom and dad are supporting me after explaining to them that I have a problem. Witch was painful.
Reading all the other stories makes me want to kick this horid part of my life.

You should be proud of yourself for admitting your problem and then taking steps to do something about it. Well done for telling your parents, their support could be invaluable.
