Put it on my introduction, but think it is superb (another small victory) in changing your name!

Happy New Year and keep it up!

Today for me is one of those days where i feel like i havent gambled in years, or as if ive always been a normal everyday person. But we all know tomorrow could go the other way. That sudden urge and moment of weekness and all the hard work is undone.I wish every day was like today.Jeff.

Congrats on the three months mate. Have you seen Groundhog day where every day is the same but with a few subtle changes. When you were gambling everyday was like Groundhog but usually with no changes ie you ended up losing. Now life must be great and hopefully each day will be different but you will feel like you do today.

Stay strong

Evening Jeff,

You are over 3 months now. A new record for you. Congratulations! You have made it look easy at times but i think this is due to your determination and positivity.

On top of that you are a real help to others including me and you should be proud of that.

I'm getting the pleasantries out of the way here Jeff as City are due at Goodison Park a week on Saturday and i will be wishing you nothing but bad luck that day.

Keep it up fella.

Thanks for your posts Curley and John

The end of my first week at work. Its gone fast and im looking forward to the weekend.

It has definatley been easier for me to not think about betting whilst working. So i must be vigilant now that the weekend is here.I have now beat my previous attemps at ridding myself of this bad habit.I am certainly better off financialy, infact i am better off in every way except one (boredom)which i would say is the reason i gambled.Nevertheless Ive finally realised the good points far outweigh the boredom. All the best Jeff.

Hi Jeff,

At least boredom is free lol. You are doing just great Jeff. What did you used to do with your time before you gambled? I'm sure there is something you could do with your spare time....hey, and keep it clean!!

Take care...Jas x
