Hi Jeff,

I liked the bit about me having more diaries than Adrian Mole....you are funny 🙂

Even though i have been here since April 2009 I get great support and i guess i will be needing it for a long time to come. I hope your boredom passes soon....the constant highs and lows of gambling just aren't good for us...I think it's better to be bored!

Keep going strong Jeff....perhaps when you are ready it would be good to see your name changed to "Jeff".

Love from Jas xx

Hi Jeff,

Wanted to drop by and thank you for your very direct(lol) and reassuring msg.

I guess it sometimes takes other people to tell us we have done well before we really believe it ourselves. I hear ya on the boredom thing my friend. i feel like I 'waste' a lot of saturdays these days as I don't really know what to do sometimes without racing in my life but as we all know its for the best.

Keep fighting the good fight!

Best wishes

Eyes X

Jeff - Thanks so much for the posts on my diary and the words of advice they have been a big help for me getting this far.

I was reading through your diary and you had a post about watching football focus and reading the paper wondering what odds they were to win etc and seeing the snooker was on.....god when the next telvised snooker tournament is on i'm going to struggle big time. I have had some massive, massive wins on the snooker i'm talking £100s of pounds (obviuosly some big losses but its always been a happy hunting ground for me). It will be a big test to get through the world championships.

Anyway just wanted to lend my support and will be following your progress and hopefully we can keep spurring each other on.

I will remember to reward myself for milestones. However money situation is dire at the moment. £80 to last to end of the month and will have to put off the credit card payments, i just can't pay them.

Anyway enough about my problems. Be strong.

Morning Jeff,

I just read a post of yours on londonblokes diary...about ringing the mint gameshow off your mobile. It really rang a bell for me. I did it loads and had to bar premium rate numbers from my home phone and mobile. Just like nowI have to have...barriers, barriers, barriers.

Enjoy Sunday Jeff 🙂

Hello jeff,

Wondered where you had been hiding.

So you want to be like me..hanging around in your jim jams with you hair tied up in a scrunchie.....that really did make me laugh.

Hey, you have your work cut out with all those little ones. Mine are grown up now but still in need of support and care...oh and cash!

From your post it is obvious to me that you work really hard for your money. A lot of travelling and long hours. I'm glad you aren't giving that all away to the bookies anymore..it's time to look after yourself Jeff.

Bye the way...take it steady on the icy roads.

Jas xx

Well done Jeff on your century. off with the helmett and raise that bat to the balcony and take the applause...

No seriuosly 100 days is a major acheivement so celebrate it. I have finished my first week without gambling which feels pretty good.

Don't let that concentration drop - keep batting on and play every day as it comes!

Congratulations on the 100 Jeff. I'm absolutely chuffed to bits for you. I know every day is a record for you at the moment and i know you will not mess up from here. Here is to the next 100!

I'm looking forward to Saturday's match. Whisper it quietly but Everton are on the way back! Surely Tevez cannot continue his scoring streak?? I'll not be there unfortunately as i have given my ticket to a mate. Going to London with the missus this weekend so will have to find a pub to watch the game in.

Have you noticed Jeff how Man City have picked up since you stopped gambling. If i didn't know better i might think it was you funding all these player purchases out of your hitherto ringfenced gambling funds!

Keep going Jeff you are an inspiration to me pal.
