I really enjoyed your last post in your diary. It is great for you to be able to treat your missus with hitherto gambling funds. Good also to treat yourself to a game of golf at the same time. Works for me!

I've decided to start a new diary myself. I want a gamble free diary not one with a couple of lapses in it. I was going to change my name to Seve Ballesteros but then there is only one Seve so i thought better of it.

I was thinking today about addictions.Now i have never smoked but there is a nicotine patch amongst other things that will slowly feed the craving that you need. and if you are a heroin addict you can get methodone from the doctor. someone should work on a tablet to give us gamblers the addrenelin rush we need(and the goverment pay us a few hundred quid a week so we feel like weve won lol.)No urges for me today Stay strong all Jeff.

Jeff--your posts always give me that extra kick to succeed but I have just found the ultimate solution--it is so easy--you have done it and so has post and myself and some others--stop gambling--it is as easy as that. No need to get streesed about it just do not gamble again.
