Lol Jas

Thats my saying.

Thanks for your concern wp, Stumper and Jas.Sorry for not posting for a few days but this is the earliest ive been in all week from work and i worked the weekend.

Im still gamblefree and i thank everyone who posts on my diary for that.Im not working this weekend so i will spend plenty of time posting on your diaries.

At work this week, one of the lads has brought in a tv so they can watch cheltenham.I have also watched .They all had bets each day ,and i can say i was never even tempted.

I am very happy the way my recovery is panning out.I have no bet filters and have not self excluded.I have only you.

At the moment that is more than enough for me.Without all of your help i know i could not have got this far.I share so many similarities to different people on here not just the gambling ones ,but hobbies, work and attitudes.I also enjoy some of the wit and the positive posting.I like the way everyone trys to pick people up when they are down.So once again thank you all.Jeff.

Hi Jeff

I put the post below in my diary but thought it might be good to put it on yours too.

Love and Hugs

Your post made me smile, thank you kindly

"..seeing how happy you are now, makes me even more determined..."

good stuff...if my ramblings and the way I deal with "me" helps someone else, then it is worhtwhile coming here and posting and off-loading. It helps at least one person - me 🙂

God Bless

Charly/Sabine

Welcome back Jeff I thought one of your building site mates had sent you to get a long wait!!

I went to Cheltenham today to see some mates and joined in with a few bets. Glad I faced the situation and can honestly say I feel stronger for it.

All the best

Great to hear from you Jeff.

You had me worried for a bit there mate. Should have known better!!

Yes Jeff you are right City and Everton are stuttering a little. I think we play you in a week or so. Should be a decent game.

I'm glad you are getting through Cheltenham so well. I'd love to be able to enjoy the racing like you without needing to have a bet. I'm a bit jealous of that to tell the truth.

Keep it up Jeff.

Hi All

Last weeks 4 days of madness is over for us horse racing enthusiasts as ive just written on sonys diary not losing feels as good as a win.Its been hard and for those of you who dont do horses it can maybe be prepared to going to L.A and not playing the fruities ,having a seat in the world seriers of poker and folding everyhand without looking orspinning a roulette wheel with 16 balls inside lol.

Seriously it is hard.

Ive got to face up to a bit of bad news today.Remember my ex Godzilla was moving to Ireland (i thought it was too far to see my son)anyway eventually she didnt go (i was happy i still had my son every week )Well now its even worse shes moving to within half of a mile from me lol.(much too close).Still cant win em all eh Jeff.

Hahaha Jeff - congratulations! I think you have just set a gamcare recovery diary record - Every diary for the first 18 was last posted by you! I was beginning to think you were the only member on the forum at all!

Half a mile is too close for comfort with the Ex eh? Nevermind Im sure you're wee boy will be delighted you're so close.

All the best

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the post mate.

Congratulations on getting through this week unscathed. Big achievement.

Great to see you continuing to offer your support across so many diaries. It's amazing what good a kind word here or there can do.

Hope the golf is going well.

Morning Jeff,

Thanks for the post on my diary. You got through last week and here is a round of applause for you. I enjoyed your comparisons...horse racing to other forms of gambling.

Godzilla moving within a stones throw....easier for your son....always a positive in every situation.

Jas xx
