Hi Jeff,

How is it going mate? I hope you are not sulking about City not making the Champions League!

I'm back for another go at beating my addiction and this time i am going to do it.

I know i can rely on a bit of support from your good self who i like to consider as the 'Godfather of Gamcare'.

Congratulations on reaching 8 months. Awesome.

Hi all

I havent really had a lot of spare time the last few weeks, which i suppose is a good thing.

Its nice to see a few of you have brought me back to the first page a few times.

All is well on the gambling front.Ive had the odd urge but nothing major.a few of you think ive done the 8 months now ,but im still 2 weeks short of that.At the moment i feel my life has turned around and i want it to be the same for everyone on here.i think i better do some posting now.All the best Jeff.

Cheers for the post Jeff.

The golf is going ok thanks mate. I've not scored as well as i would have liked this year but then i've wasted a bit of time having the off flutter when i should have been polishing my short game!

I like the idea of me not gambling until Everton with the premiership! If we keep our squad together over the summer then the champs league places may not be out of the question!

How is your golf going Jeff? I hope to get together for a knock some day.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for posting on my diary. I've decided to nick your idea to Curly and amend it slightly. I'm going for abstaining until Donny Rovers win the Champions League!! Then again we will probably get there before City!!(you said you wanted some stick, lol).

Stay Strong

Steve

Hi All

Just got in from work.Checked the diary section and see i must thank you all for your kind posts.

It seems ive let myself in for some stick.

Come on lads its hard enough being a city fan.lol.

Well Steve i think if you can stop gambling until Donny win the champions league then you wont have just achieved a very long time of non gambling but you will also be the oldest man alive lol.

Curley i hope you stop gambling well after Everton win the premiership.I can see them winning in the next 10 years ,Probably after City have won it 9 years on the run.

Ade what can i say. Here am i trying to help you and all the time you are a secret Spurs fan and stop City getting a champions league place lol.

Good luck to you all really my friends.

But hey lets have that world cup first.

Maybe England have a chance without all of us betting on them. All the best Jeff.

Hi Jeff,

Ok, I left myself open to that dig lol. But come on, England having a chance?? I know we all wish it but we wouldn't put a bet on it, in fact we wouldn't put a bet on any of them because we don't bet. That sounds so good doesn't it?!!

Ok, i'll let my heart rule my head for a moment, CMON ENGLAND!!!

Stay Strong

Steve

Hey Jeff,

Good to see you've got the optimism on football down. I think that England proably have more chance without a bunch of CG's backing them.... I always found that a bet on England to win was a precursor to a mediocre draw in some former Russian province in Eastern Europe.

As for the mighty Hammers, I usually bet against them as it seems to help them on their way away from the relegation zone!

All the best, and hope you savour the eight months gamble free

Ryan

Hi Jeff,

Sorry mate but pg3 is designed for people held in as high regard as yourself. Hope your doing ok and resisting the urges.

Hope the golf's going well too. I recovered from a mind blowing 115 to go round in 104 the other day. Tiger beware!!

Hi Jeff,i did some research a couple of weeks ago into ********* yearly published accounts, the fobt terminals generate an average of £549 profit per machine weekly,so 4 per shop = £111,000 profit per shop per year!!!!.
