Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your recent post. Sorry for not replying sooner. I've been doing a lot of thinking over the last few days and i feel a lot better now.

I hope the golf is still going well. Any decent courses on the horizon?

Tell Mancini to keep his mucky paws off Pienaar, Arteta and Heitinga. Not a day seems to go by when one of our players is not being linked with a move to your place!

As Moyes will tell them though the grass is not always greener. Just ask Joleon Lescott!

Enjoy the world cup mate.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your post on my diary mate. I've decided to try and get as much time as possible on the course and try and get my game going. Curly has set me the challenge of beating 90 before the years out, so i'm gonna try my damnedest to achieve that. Gonna try and work a bit less and play a bit more. Playing on Sunday hopefully, will let you know how it goes.

Stay Strong

Steve

Hi Jeff, thanks for the post.

Remarkable the amount of time and effort you put in to posting on so many diaries, hats off to you mate.

I know I am getting a lot of good advice Jeff, but unfortunately there are some who are hoping I fail because I choose to do things a bit differently. However I will rise above them and succeed.

Guess you will watch Ascot this week with those virtual bets on again !

How am i going to play golf this morning ,with this hangover? lol.

Hmmm not the most convincing ive ever seen England.Although i think themselves and USA will both go through eventually.

Im sure there are lots of gamblers out there who had England 1-0 or even Gerrard to score first plus 1-0.Then came the big howler, the bookies saviour.Im sure the blunder would have helped less gamblers than foiled their bets.It always seems to work that way.

Anyway i think maybe a big breakfast to sort out that hangover. No gambling urges at all and im enjoying the world cup.One small piece of advice to all newcomers.

dont use the football as an excuse to bet ,but use it as something to relieve your boredom. It only happens every 4 years enjoy it dont spoil it by betting on it.All the best Jeff.

Hi Jeff,

I had a big hangover yesterday morning, you have my sympathies. To answer your question about how your going to play golf this morning. The answer is.. badly! lol

Its just like you say with the football. Its a spectacle to be enjoyed blunders and all.. it was a bad one though.. even I could have kept that out.. maybe.. possibly 🙂

Thanks for your support on my diary.. S.A

Hi Jeff,

How's the golf go this morning mate? I went round in a 107 which isn't terrible for me but leaves plenty of room for improvement lol.

Good to see that you've been able to abstain from betting even though you have been in the bookies once or twice. Very commendable.

Stay Strong

Steve
