Ok so me 3 weeks today!!!

Still getting urges and headaches as iv got a little bit of money about me it's quite hard , but iv self excluded on all bookies so except for services can't go

EVEN though i know they don't care and you can still go in as 2 lads I know still go in.

I know this is going to get harder the more money I make, as I'll think it's only 40 quid ..... then BANG stuck back in!!!

I can't put myself where I was and I won't .

I dropped extremely lucky a old contact rang me to say he had 23 px cars to clear ASAP all scrap basically! Luckily he trusts me enough to let me take them one at a time and pay for them as I go,

I still have ALOT of car contacts so iv got one sold it made abit of profit gone back got another gone some where else etc. In the last 2 days iv moved and sold 18 cars, kept the best one back for myself and made a few quid. So even though I'm shattered and been frozen for 2 days it's nice to have a couple of hundred quid in my life and a nice ish car

The urges are more with actually having some money though but Iv a lot of thoughts in my head not to go! So the voice saying come on it'll only be a few quid ... gets shouted down by 20 reasons not to go!!

Blown you know and I know that few quid is only going the one way, back in the bookies pocket. I have a few quid knocking around at the moment, and was off work today. I had the sense to sleep (was knackered) until two and then just nipped down the street for a few groceries. Look at the positives, you have a new motor, no more wheels on the bus!..You have a few quid on the hip, you are not gambling. There is misery, pure misery in gambling...Spend that few quid if you need to, on something for yourself, or the little one....Keep at it matey...Three weeks....Them headaches will go, but don't be afraid to go to the GP next week, if they are not clearing, they maybe able to prescribe something that will kick them, and then you can move on, and drink plenty of water......Nurse Jl has told you to....Keep safe...keep wheeling and dealing Del Boy....

Blown, your story to Rhoda about winning a teddy bear because the machine had reels... I did the very same thing! I spent a fortune 'winning' a massive Rupert the Bear that cost me something like 100 tokens. Travelling on the way home with the bloody thing wasn't that much fun either. And all because it had an OXO game to win the tokens!

Evening princess.
I think a lot of people will relate to disturbed sleeping patterns earlier on my self included.

When I first stopped I was using calming video's on YouTube an hour before bed. At the minute your mind is probably racing at ten to the dozen trying to work out where the next dopamine blast is coming from
All I can say is with time it will pass.

You're on top form at the minute just stick with it

Have a great one
