Ok. More controlled overall with some slip ups, but much better than I was at my worst. Also, just got engaged 🙂

3 months today since my last gambling episode. Lost hundreds over a 3 day period. Now im pushing towards 100 days.

Still got around 14 months till I pay back all my debts but am determined not to self destruct again.

Thanks Suzanne 🙂

Day 93.... just one week till triple figures! Surprised myself if im honest. So glad I self excluded from the online bookmakers that I used. My self exclusion to my local b e t f r e d s runs out on 1 april. The day after payday... sounds dangerous I know but im so close to 100 days theres no way im going back to day 1

Hi sonic, can you email b e t f r e d to get them to extend your self exclusion. I know you say that you will be 100 days and not going back but it would be nice to get rid of that temptation.

I had the same thing with a different site and although my exclusion had ended I had to go through a checking process and I came to my senses and asked them to exclude me for the maximum time they could.

Hi RST,

Im not sure I can self exclude via email. Ive told my best mate my self exclusion runs out soon so hes said we'll go there on weds after work and extend it for the max 5 years.

Day 100

Thought about a trip into town today. Treat myself to summat, maybe some clothes, dvds, cds or summat.

Played out in my head the last visit 100 days ago and instead decided not to bother. Instead bought a couple of dvds from tesco and will just have a chill out day today 🙂

114 days now.

Maintaining my count is more important to me than trying to win money I dont really need.

Just dawned on me that yesterday I missed a mini milestone. Was 4 months / 1 third of a year gamble free.

Never gone without a bet for that long since turning 18 (18 years ago!)

well done me!!

Wow, one year since I joined this site.

Read so many stories, seen people come and go.

Been a lot of ups and down.

Hopefully the next anniversary will be 1 year gamble free. Day 128 today.

Payday was yesterday and didnt even think about gambling. I know theres no point as I cant win as I cant stop once ive started.

Well done on 128 days , not far behind you now.

I have been on this site for a long time but the one thing I have noticed in the large amount of young people coming on daily because there life is ruined by the fobt.
